Everyone loves breakfast food but sometimes it could be a hassle. So for today’s post, I’ll be showing you guys how to make these two ingredients pancakes. These pancakes are easy to make and are a healthy alternative than the store bought pancake mix.
Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 banana
How to:
- In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs and place the a whole banana. Wisk together until both ingredients are fully mixed together
- Heat pan and add butter to the pan
- Place pancake mixed onto the pan. Let the pancake cook for about a 1 minute. Flip the pancake and let the other side cook.
You can add syrup, jelly, chocolate, or fruit as a topping. Then all you have to do is enjoy your breakfast.
