2 Ingredient Pancakes

Hello Readers!

Everyone loves breakfast food but sometimes it could be a hassle. So for today’s post, I’ll be showing you guys how to make these two ingredients pancakes. These pancakes are easy to make and are a healthy alternative than the store bought pancake mix.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 banana

How to:

  1. In a bowl, crack the 2 eggs and place the a whole banana. Wisk together until both ingredients are fully mixed together
  2. Heat pan and add butter to the pan
  3. Place pancake mixed onto the pan. Let the pancake cook for about a 1 minute. Flip the pancake and let the other side cook.

You can add syrup, jelly, chocolate, or fruit as a topping. Then all you have to do is enjoy your breakfast.
